Step 1

Initial Consultation & Design Brief

  • Meet to discuss your new home and site
  • Listen to your ideas and requirements
  • Provide an overview of our design & construct services

 

Step 2

Gathering of Existing Information

  • Completion of Client Details Form by yourselves
  • You gather and supply to us any plans, drawings, council documents or anything else you feel will be helpful in streamlining the commencement of your project

 

Step 3

Site Meeting

  • Meet on site discuss your block, slope, views and building orientation
  • Discuss any planning requirements

 

Step 4

Initial Design Meeting & Ballpark CostingS

  • We meet with you to review the overall objectives and requirements of your build
  • Present the initial concept design
  • Choose options for finishes and design selections
  • Ballpark costings estimated to provide an indication of budget

 

Step 5

Building Agreement

  • Present working drawings with site costings and other budget considerations
  • All documentation is provided to you for review
  • Once completely happy with the initial design we proceed with designing your home

 

Step 6

Design Development & Interior Design

  • We work closely with you to ensure that your design and lifestyle requests are incorporated into your plans. The result is a home that will match your budget and bring together your ideas for your dream home
  • We guide you through the finishing touches for your interior and provide pricing information

 

Step 7

Pre-Construction Documentation & Final Working Drawings

  • All working drawings are finalised, including engineering specifications and land surveys
  • Contracts are prepared and any applications for planning approvals or dispensations are made

 

Step 8

Signing of Building Contracts

  • All our contracts use the plain English (Master Builders fixed price standard contract)
  • We combine all of your designs, materials, colours and engineering information in one easy to follow document
  • Once you have signed and agreed to proceed we begin construction

 

Step 9

Construction Phase

  • Timberworx Unlimited work to strict building timelines and provide regular updates and communication throughout the entire construction process
  • We ensure that all of our quality standards are met and that the workmanship complies with our exacting requirements

 

Step 10

Handover

  • The day that we handover the keys to your new home is a very exciting moment. We make sure that you are happy with all aspects of your home. Our success is built on the fact that our customers love their homes and we want you to be part of the Timberworx Unlimited family
